AHRMA professional services are provided by the Culpepper Management Group.
Culpepper Management Group (CMG) delivers professional services to Associations and Non-Profit organizations across Texas. For nearly two decades the Culpepper Management Group has provided clients with the solutions they need to grow, stabilize, redirect, consolidate and meet challenging goals.
CMG partners with volunteer leaders to support their governance, policy and strategic direction-setting goals. CMG’s highly trained professional staff then becomes accountable and responsible for the management and operations of those organizations served. Their expertise and experience allows association leadership to focus on the “strategies of growth and success” while they manage the “business of the association”.
Board-CMG Relationship is Key to Success
Obviously, the role of both the Board and CMG for AHRMA is to provide leadership for the organization. Yet the type of leadership each provides is different. For the Board, its governance. For CMG its management. In other words, one decides what to do and the other sees that it’s done.

AHRMA collects and maintains membership information as part of servicing your membership. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about members to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the chapter Board, and Committee members with a business reason to know this information in order to provide member services to our members.
The chapter may share mailing lists (names and mailing addresses) of our members to selected human resources affiliates and service providers as authorized in advance by the Board of Directors. Independent contractors and outside companies who perform work for us are required to adhere to strict privacy standards through their contracts with us. The chapter does not share member e-mail addresses to third parties (non-members).
The chapter may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide information on individual members to the appropriate governmental authorities. In matters involving a danger to personal or public safety, the chapter may voluntarily provide information to appropriate governmental authorities.
The chapter is in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
Use of the Member Directory
Direct solicitation (one-on-one) of business at AHRMA meetings, events, or as a result of mining the AHRMA membership directory is strictly prohibited without prior approval of the AHRMA Board of Directors.
Marketing through approved channels (website/blog ads, professional classifieds, E-blasts to members, event sponsorship) is highly encouraged and appreciated by our membership.
